Bournemouth on-loan Midfielder Jack Wilsere has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a broken leg.

He sustained the Injury in the match against Tottenham on saturday after a tackle from Harry Kane in the 60th minute.

He was seen leaving the stadium in crutches and protective boots on his left foot.

According to skysports - Initial reports didn't show a break but after undergoing more tests it revealed the 25 year old has a crack in his left fibula.

The 25 year old was loaned to Bournemouth from Arsenal to prove his fitness due to his constant injury problems.

This latest setback will come as a huge blow to the midfielder who is about to begin contract negotiations with Arsenal with his current deal set to expire next year.

The time length of his absence is not fully known, but for certain he is out of the season and could possibly miss the start of next season.

The 25 year old has featured 27 times for Bournemouth this season with no goal and just 2 assists.
