Juventus Through To Champions League final

Juventus defeated Monaco 2-1 at home to make it 4-1 on aggregate and send them to the Champions League final in Cardiff.

Juventus will play either Athletico Madrid or Real Madrid in the final depending on who qualifies tomorrow.

Monaco made just two changes to the line-up that lost the first leg as Moutinho and Raggi replaces Fabinho and Lemar. Juventus made just a change to their squad Khedira replacing Marchisio in the starting line-up.

Monaco started the game brightly with Kylian Mbappe hitting the bar after just 5 minutes although the flag was raised.

Higuain almost added another goal to the two goals he scored in the first leg but his chip over the goalkeeper was weak Glik was able to clear the ball before it enters the net.

In the 25th minute Subasic was called into action as he got a strong left hand on Mandzukic poked effort from 15 yards out.

Eight minutes after Mandzukic got the opener for Juventus scoring a rebound from a Dani Alves cross after his initial header was saved by Subasic.

Juventus thought they've got the second only for Higuain's goal to be ruled out as offside.

Dani Alves got the second goal just before half time Subasic punched a corner into the path of Dani Alves, the Brazillian unleased a volley past the goalkeeper from 25 yards.

Monaco poured men forward in search of a life line and they almost scored in the 67th minute as Dani Alves was robbed of possession deep in his half, the ball eventually gets to Mbappe whose goalbound effort was saved by the legs of Buffon.

Monaco pulled one back two minutes after as Mbappe poked home Mourinho's cross from close range.

The game ended 2-1 Juventus are through to the final in Cardiff their second final in three years.
