Conte Extends Chelsea Stay

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has extended his stay with the club by signing a two year contract extension.

The Italian guided Chelsea to the EPL title in his first season in-charge after a woeful 2015/2016 season.

The 47 year old was offered a new deal at the end of the season with Inter Milan also interested in his services he has chosen to commit to Chelsea.

"I am very happy to have signed a new contract with Chelsea, " Conte said.

"The Chelsea fans have given me so much support since I arrived here
one year ago and it is important we continue to succeed together."

Conte who has already added new faces to his squad ahead of the new season with Willy Caballero, Antonio Rudiger and Tiemoue Bakayoko already signed.

He is still out for a new striker with Diego Costa set to leave the club,  Pierre Emerick Aubameyang, Alvaro Morata, Andrea Belotti and Sergio Aguero are his considered options.
